Muonionalusta meteorite pendant necklace T745

The Muonionalusta meteorite is classified as fine octahedrite, type IVA (Of) which impacted in northern Scandinavia, west of the border between Sweden and Finland, about one million years BCE. It is probably the oldest known meteorite and was found by a couple of children in 1906 by the Muonio River. They took the heavy rusty stone home and it was eventually studied by some scientists.
